Bookings and enquiries

Enquiries submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the dates and price in writing and any required deposit has been received. Availability and prices shown via the booking calendar are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation and the right of withdrawal

Booking cancellation terms (deposits, balances, and refunds) are set out in your booking confirmation. Please note that under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period.

Use of the website

You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content without permission. All text, design, and images on this site are protected and remain the property of their respective owners.
